Concours IFORD 2017-2017: Competitive entrance examination. The Executive Board of IFORD is pleased to inform the public that the entrance examination into IFORD (institut de formation et de recherche demographiques)  is open, the entrance examination will take place on the  21st and 22nd February 2018 in different examination centers.


Candidates wishing to register must obtain a special file for registration with the direction of the statistics in their country of residence or the institution designed for organizing the competition. The deadline for registration is January 19th, 2018

CONCOURS TYPE A.


• Degree in Demography


• Degree in Geography


• Degree in Sociology


• Degree in Anthropology.


• Any other qualification deemed equivalent by the Executive Directorate of the Institute.

CONCOURS TYPE B.


• Engineering degree of statistical work.


• Degree in Economics


• Degree in statistics


• Degree in Mathematics.


• Degree in Computer Science


• Any other qualification deemed equivalent by the Executive Directorate of the Institute.


3. REGISTRATION FOR THE CONCOURS


The candidate must obtain a special folder with the National Bureau of Statistics of her country of residence or the institution designated by that country for the organization of the competition.


4. ORGANIZATION MATERIALS




National Department of Statistics.Any other agency designated by each host country.The physical conditions and age limits are set by each Member State.Candidates will write in the centers open in their country of residence. (Cameroon or …)




5. STRUCTURE OF THE EXAM




General knowledge, common test (duration 4 hours).Mathematics A and B (duration 4 hours).Probability and Statistics A and B (duration 4 hours).
