To launch the competitive entrance examination into Level IV of the “Ingenieurs” Programme specializing in Agronorny and Forestry (Campus of Dschang and Campus of Bafia) and into Level IV of the Prèfessiorial School of Wood, Water and Natural Resources (Ebolowa Antenna) of the Faculty of Agronomy and Agricultural Sciences (FASA), of the University of Dschang, and to fix the number of places available for the 2019/2020 academie year.

ORDERS:

Article1:

(1)The public is hereby informed that a special competitive entrance examination for the recruitment of fort y (40) students into Level IV of the “Ingénieurs” Programme specializing in Agronomy and Forestry, with twenty five (25) in Dschang Campus and fifteen (15) in Bafia Campus, and fifteen (15) students into level IV of the Professional School of Wood, Water and Natural Resources (Ebolowa Antenna) of the Faculty of Agronomy and Agricultural Sciences (F ASA), of the University of Dschang, for 2019/2020- academie year, has been launched with centres at Bafia, Dschang, Ebolowa and Yaounde.

(2)For the Programme specializing in Agronomy and Forestry (Dschang and Bafia campuses), the entrance examination is opened to the holders of a Diploma of “Ingénieur des

Travaux” in the Agro-Sylvo-Pastoral sector with a “Baccalaureate” or a General Certificate of Education Advanced level (GCE«A» Level) in at least two scientific subjects or any other equivalent certificate recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education.

For the Professional School of Wood, Water (Ebolowa Antenna), the entrance examination is opened to the holders of a diploma of “Ingénieur de travaux” in Water sciences and engineering, in Wood technology, in Environmental Sciences with a “Baccalaureate” or a

General Certificate of Education Advanced level (GCE«A» Level) in at least two scientific subjects or any other equivalent certificate recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education.

(1)The entrance examination is opened to Cameroonians of both sexes and the citizens of member countries of the Central African Economie and Monetary Union (CEMAC) who have ratified texts on national treatment of students and who are holders of equivalent qualifications

(2)Candidates from other countries including CEMAC member countries who do not write the entrance examination but hold a scholarship from their Government or International Organization may apply for direct admission, which is contingent upon the number of available places and payment of 1.000.000 (One million) FCF A/year as tuition fees.

(5)The 25 places offered in Agronomy and Forestry (Dschang Campus) shall be distributed as follows:

-20 for those  who  write  the entrance  examination,   subdivided   as follows:

•Crop  Production:04

•Animal  Production:04

•Agricultural   Economies  and Rural  sociology:04

•Forestry:04

•Rural  Engineering:04

05 for those  applyingfor direct admission (file  study)

(6)The  15 places  offered  in Agronomy  and Forestry  (Bafia  Campus)  shall  be distributed  as follows:

-12 for those  who  write  the entrance  examination,  subdivided   as follows:

•Crop  Production:04

•Animal  Production:04

•Agricultural Economies and Rural sociology: 04 

03 for those applying for direct admission (file study)

(7) The 15 places offered at Professional School of Wood, Water (Ebolowa) shall be distributed as follows:

12 for those  who  write  the entrance  examination,   and among  them:

WaterScience  and Engineering: 04

Wood technology and Engineering: 04

Sciences Environmental: 04

03 for direct admission (file  study).

Article 2:  (l) The nature and duration  of each  written  paper are given as follow:

(2)The program of study is the one being followed in the classes preparing students for certificates required to write the entrance examination.

Article 3: Students awaiting results will be declared definitively admitted or successful, in the case of success of the entrance examination, only upon presentation of the original of the diploma required or, if applicable, upon presentation of success testimonial at the time of registration. There will be no oral exam.

Registration shall be done online from the University of Dschang Website SIGES ONLINE at the address: http://sigesonline.univ-dschang.org

Article  4 : Application files include the following documents

1.An application form downloaded following the procedure of online registration from the University Website SIGES ONLINE at the address http://sigesonline.univ-dschang.org;

2.A certified-true  photocopy of birth certificate not more than three months old;

3.A certified-true  photocopy of “Baccalauréat”  or of GeE “A”  level;

4.A certified-true  photocopy of each of the relevants diplomas;

5.  A certified-true  photocopy of transcripts of each of the certificates;0

6.An A4 size self-addressed envelope bearing a 400 FCFA postal stamp with candidate address on it;

7.A curriculum  vitae;

8.Four (04) recent pas sport size photographs of the candidate with names written behind;

9.A medical certificate  of fitness not  older than three months issued by astate  medical;

10.Employer’s authorization to write the entrance examination (for applicants earning a salary);

Il. A receipt of payment of 20,000 (Twenty thousands) FCFA as application fees issued by BICEC- DSCHANG at the account N°96196538001-56 or by any financial establishment chosen during the online registration process, to be presented during the exam.

Article  5 : The registrationfees for the entranceexaminationis 20,000  (twenty thousand) francs CFA  payable to the BICEC  – Dschang accountN° 96196538001-56or in a financial  institution chosen during download of the discharge against receipt (bank receipt should be included in candidate file). The registration fees are not reimbursable. It is destined to coyer charges generated as the result of the organization of the entrance examination.

Article 6: All  complete application  files must be depositedat the admission’s  service of the Faculty of Agronomy and Agricultural Sciences (FASA), main campus of Dschang, or in the Antennas or Annex of the University of Dschang in Bafia, Ebolowa, Yaoundé, Maroua, Belabo or Bambui no later than 05 August 2019 at the latest at 15h30min. The files can also be deposited at the Garoua School of Fauna, at the admission’s service of the Faculty of Science of the University of Ngaoundere, or at the Regional Delegation of Secondary Education of the Littoral in Douala.

Only candidates, who deposit complete application files, will be authorized to write, after a proof of a national identity card duely presented to the invigilator before entering the examination hall.

Article 7: The written examination will take place on Saturday the 10th August 2019 at 7:30 am in the centres indicated above.

Article 8: The Rector of the University of Dschang, Accreditations and Quality, and the Dean of Faculty of in his capacity, responsible for the implementation published in English and French wherever need be.
